in case we haven’t and you’d like for a change, here are some steps to follow and we are here to help
Replacement of mushroom gworing kits
You are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
Your kit is contaminated - To be notified to Bonfungi within 12 - 15 hours upon receipt of the kit.
Your kit does not produce a harvest - You can request for a replacement only after 15 days of growing/opening the kit.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
At Bonfungi, our products are of the highest quality and we stand by the integrity of our products 100%.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos and we can help you troubleshoot,
and replace the product. We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we
can to help you.
We do not have refunds for our products considering these are living breathing beings and
cannot ascertain if they were handled/used wrongly.
We will offer a one-time-replacement for the growing kits and once we receive your request,
We will look into the matter. At the moment – we do not have any returns since the product
can get damaged under returned conditions.
For events we do refund the same:
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 10 - 15 working days depending on your bank’s policy...
